Shipping Policy

We ship from our US warehouse in Havre, Montana. All orders are packed with care and shipped within 1 business day.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 12 PM Mountain Time Monday–Friday ship the same day. Orders after cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day. During major holidays, processing may take an additional 24 hours.

Carriers & Delivery Speed

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx based on package size and destination. Typical transit times:

  • Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate per order.
Free Shipping: On all orders over $59.00 (after discounts, before tax).
Expedited rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and zone.

Order Tracking

Once your label is created, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local post office. If still missing after 3 days, contact us. We will initiate a carrier investigation. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If an error is detected, email us immediately. Once shipped, we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Weather & Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier service disruptions. We will communicate any known delays.
